We will upgrade trains to 1st class where available if book the tour 5 months in advance of departure.
There is no problem to travel Silk Road during Ramadan.

All the hotels we selected are 4-5star well-located in the city center with good and proper breakfast for our clients.
Our guides are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. And our group tours will be escorted from SRT.
Generally speaking Mid March—End Oct are the best time to visit Silk Road. And we strongly suggest you come in May, June, October to avoid the heat and crowd. No need to worry about high altitude along the Silk Road. We will prepare Oxygen bags if the package includes Xiahe, Qinghai Lake and Taxkorgan County.
We offer beneficial Cancellation Policy to our customers.
1. 4 to 15 pax in a group (4 pax min, 15 pax max)
2. Typically we will take 600 USD per person as deposit when you book the trip (You can pay the deposit through WeChat/Alipay/bank transfer.)
3. Then the balance will be paid when you arrive. (Note: The balance needs to be paid 7 days before departure if your trip is just in the official Chinese holiday. E.g. Chinese New Year, Labor's Day, National Day)
Our cancellation policies are very friendly.
If you have to cancel your trip for some unexpected reasons, we have the following policies:
1. FULL REFUND at least 15 days before departure date. (Note: except the cost of service fees paid for the third party, such as trains, hotels,transportation etc)2. FULL REFUND if there is no flight and train to arrive resulted from extreme weather or government restrictions.
If the trip is cancelled due to severe weather conditions or any government restriction, full refund will be offered.

Thank you @Silk Road @艾山江 for your great guidance and in depth explanation about this fascinating Xinjiang region . We had a great time with @Silk Road ( Mohammed ) , he had guided us in South Xinjiang region , he had a great patience , honesty in conversation and recommended us a great souvenir as well to remember the Kashgar. He also provided us ample amount of time for taking the photos at the beautiful scenery. His communication skills are impeccable and guided us in a very safe environment.
We had a great time with @艾山江 ( Hassan) for Urumqi and Turpan tour as well . He is also patient, given very clear and good explanation about the rich history of these regions as well. He is also extremely knowledgeable and having excellent communication skills.
Finally , a big thanks to both the drivers ( sorry , we don’t know the names ) for driving us safely in the challenging and harsh environment.
Overall , we are extremely satisfied with the guides and drivers to make this tour a memorable experience for us .

After sleeping a full day - back to business travel again. MyWill miss you Pamir, Turpan, Kuga, Tasxkurgan and all other smaller border towns of West China - after 5 flights and quite a few thousand kilometers of drive, we came back carrying a page of history with us - The Snow capped mountains, Fabulous Lakes, Massive Deserts，Mysterious Stone houses, Ancient bordertowns , Multiple cultures but most of all meeting the Amazing people!! This was a life lesson - before our boots hit the streets again... it's a bit of siesta!! Thanks all for being a part of this trip with us❤️🙏
