YiningThe first day starts with a hearty breakfast. After that, you will depart from the hotel at 9:30 am and head towards the stunning Kalajun Grassland. Along the way, you will pass through Bagua City—Turks, the only city in China without traffic lights, where you will stop for lunch. Upon arrival at Kalajun, you will take a shuttle bus to the Flower Platform, where your trekking adventure begins. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery as you trek through the grassland. In the evening, savor a luxurious mountain hot pot dinner, made with fresh local ingredients, before settling into your campsite at Yuxibulak.

Enjoy a delightful picnic lunch amidst the natural beauty of the landscape. Continue your journey to Guli Campsite, where you will be greeted with a relaxing afternoon tea, complete with light luxuries. Spend the evening in the comfort of traditional yurts, surrounded by the serene beauty of the grassland.

Generally speaking Mid March—End Oct are the best time to visit Silk Road. And we strongly suggest you come in May, June, October to avoid the heat and crowd. No need to worry about high altitude along the Silk Road. We will prepare Oxygen bags if the package includes Xiahe, Qinghai Lake and Taxkorgan County.

1. 4 to 15 pax in a group (4 pax min, 15 pax max)
2. Typically we will take 600 USD per person as deposit when you book the trip (You can pay the deposit through WeChat/Alipay/bank transfer.)
3. Then the balance will be paid when you arrive. (Note: The balance needs to be paid 7 days before departure if your trip is just in the official Chinese holiday. E.g. Chinese New Year, Labor's Day, National Day)

If you have to cancel your trip for some unexpected reasons, we have the following policies:
1. FULL REFUND at least 15 days before departure date. (Note: except the cost of service fees paid for the third party, such as trains, hotels,transportation etc)2. FULL REFUND if there is no flight and train to arrive resulted from extreme weather or government restrictions.
If the trip is cancelled due to severe weather conditions or any government restriction, full refund will be offered.
