Yining to Nalati Scenic Drive via the Qiaxi Alpine Grasslands

After breakfast, we will driving to Qiaxi Grassland,It is surrounded by mountains, snow-capped pine and cypress, ancient trees, blue sky and clear water, vast grassland, birds and flowers, and fresh air. It is a good place to return to nature and relax! In the afternoon, continue your journey to Nalati Grassland (also known as Narati Grassland). This "air grassland" is renowned for its blend of sweeping grasslands, forests, and snow-capped Tianshan mountains.

Nalati Air Grassland Exploration and Transit to Tekes Bagua City

Morning depart from the hotel, we will drive to Nalati to enjoy the scenery of Nalati grassland, Nalati grassland is also known as Gongnaisi grassland, Turkic language means "white yang slope", in the east of Xinyuan Nalati Town, about 110.0 kilometers away from Yili Xinyuan County, located on the northern slope of Nalati Mountain, is a mountainous grassland developed on the Tertiary paleoflood deposit. The Nalati grassland is a subalpine meadow plant area that is one of the four major grasslands in the world and has been a famous pasture since ancient times. The combination of beautiful grassland scenery and local Kazakh folk customs has become a famous tourist resort in Xinjiang. In the afternoon drive to Tekes, transfer you to the hotel, have a good rest.

Nalati Grassland

Tekes to Kalajun Prairie Discovery and Return Journey to Yining

The whole day to discover the ingenious Kalajun Prairie, which is as beautiful as in a poem or a picture. There are springs densely distributed here. The ideal place for people of the pasture to exchange materials and hold cultural activities. Kalajun, in Kazak, means "a dark wilderness". For generations, people on the grassland have lived a simple nomadic life. The traditional lifestyle exudes a unique charm. Farewell to Tekes, we will drive all the way to our next stop Yining for rest.

Yining to Sayram Lake Excursion via the Guozigou Bridge Vista

After breakfast, drive to see beautiful Sayram Lake known as “the last drop of tears of the Atlantic”. The largest alpine lake in Xinjiang. Stroll around the lake and enjoy the blooming wildflowers and the beautiful grassland around the lake. Taking panoramic photos from the famous Guozigou(fruit valley) Bridge would be a good traveling experience. Step on the wooden deck trails, that will lead you to the most scenic spots with views of Guozigou Bridge and Lake. In the afternoon drive back to Yining for overnight.
